Ok I have a sprinter 311bhs with roof obviously not glued down properly, bubbles ar random spots all over the roof. I called dealer and all I got was can u bring it up so we can see it, I emailed pictures. Dealer is a 2 hour drive away, do I have to play the game and make the long drive just for them to look at or am I wasting my time and they will say its normal?

If there is a Keystone dealer closer, you may want to contact them to see if they will do the inspection. A number of people here have been concerned with bubbles on the roof and have been told that they are normal, others have found that after showing the problem to the dealer and being told it's OK, the following year, the bubbles are no longer visible. So, in your situation, it's tough for anyone to look at a picture and see (with good detail) the extent of the problem. Looking at a "shadow on the roof" in a picture and trying to discern the extent of the problem is simply not the same as kneeling on the roof with your fingers on the problem.

Possibly you can have a closer dealership intervene, if not, and your dealer wants to do a "up close and personal" inspection, your best course of action is to take it to the dealer so he can look at it and give you a "proper evaluation" not a "in one picture it looks like, but in the rest, I'm not sure" type of answer.

Good Luck

Some bubbling of the roof membrane is considered normal. I have maybe a dozen or so bubbles on my roof (all 2" or less) and they are more prevalent in hot conditions.
How much bubbling are you talking about? Have they always been there?
Unfortunatel, your factory warranty is over but if you are the original owner, you should have a 10 or 12 year warranty on the membrane itself. I'm not sure if that is really worth anything, but if your bubbling is severe, it may make sense to have it inspected by the dealer and documented in the event the membrane itself is defective. Be prepared to pay a nominal charge to the dealer for a roof inspection unless they are willing to look at it on a good will basis.

it had a small one last year, maybe 6 inches long and 2 wide. This year 4 more spots about the same.....maybe I need to have it documented, may be a campground nerar the dealer I can make a trip of....
