Any good ideas on minor dent removal on travel trailer aluminum siding?
Thank you!

how about a 3 lb square faced hammer on the back side and a plastic faced 8 oz mallet to tap them back to flush? Just hold the heavy hammer against the back of the dent and use the lighter one on the front surface to tap them flush. If you're worried about marring that paint, some good quality blue masking tape over the surface you'll be tapping should keep the paint intact.

I do not wish to remove the aluminum siding panels. So, getting behind the panel is not an option. Has anyone successfully accomplished dent removal with heat and ice? I'm trying to do this all from the outside face of the panel.

I am not an expert but this is what I have done. By small dents I think of a dent caused by hitting the sideing with a car door. Those I left. Big dents I replaced the sideing. It really is not hard. Rv shops do it, have you checked any for costs.

You may want to contact a local body shop that offers paintless dent removal service. I believe they use special suction cup tool/process and does not require removal of panels. I've had a few dents repaired on my vehicles and the results are amazing.

I've see these used to pull on smooth surfaces. In fact I saw these on the side of a trailer in a campground holding stuff temporarily up off the ground.
Good luck,
