Springdale bottom slide out glide

Put my slide out yesterday and a plastic part about 3" wide was sticking out from under slide out inside. Upon trying to bring slide in, the carpet ripped. Immediately put the slide back out. Anyone know if I can lift the slide to replace this glide? It's not rubber, it's a hard plastic part that the slide out apparently rides on.

Wish I could help, haven't encountered that yet though. With a Springdale, one year newer but likely similar hardware, I look forward to learning from others on this one!

I'm going to try and tackle this in the next few days. I'll post my results as I go. So far the biggest hurdle is going to be finding the plastic glide. Keystone said I have to get it from an authorized dealer. Oh well, we'll see...
