Looking for a top notch campground in the finger lakes. Pulling 42'. Need room.

State Park? Try Samson on Seneca Lake. Electric sites only. Water spigot every 3 sites or so but only for filling fresh water tank. Huge grassy sites and lots of them.

We stayed at Watkins Glen KOA in the Sunset Acres section. Large sites, clean campground and very convenient to the Finger Lakes area.

If you go to Watkins Glen State Park you can walk the gorge trail there. It's a short drive from the KOA. Awesome scenery! There are a number of waterfalls in the area that are within driving distance of Watkins Glen.

We stayed at Pine Creek CG near Ithaca last fall. Recommend it.

I would avoid Spruce Row CG near Ithaca
