I have tried to reset my password for a week. I go through all the steps and it says a email is sent but no email arrives even after trying 10-15 times. I had to create this account to see if I can get help

Sometimes the verification email ends up- for some unknown reason - in the spam folder. Try checking to see if it is there.

I also see that you have not checked "Receive Admin emails" in your profile registration. Go back into your profile/registration and select this option otherwise you won't get any confirmation via emails.

you can delete the account (pawpod1). I got pawpod account working!(tx)
