Odd Shaped Cabinets in Montana 3150RL

We just purchased a new Montana and are having trouble making the best use of the triangular and other unusually shaped cabinets next to the corner refrigerator. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to use these?

One of the Cougars has the same odd shaped cabinets, I don't remember which one, we looked at too many. I do remember thinking maybe chips & snacks would go there.

327RES has the triangle cabinet next to the frig.
We have dishtowels, bottled spices, ziplock bags, used grocery store bags and a bunch of other smaller stuff the wife puts in there. These are the ones I can remember right off the bat. Might even be a bottle of wine on the bottom.
