Stereo not working

I have a Jensen stereo (2011 Passport) everything works on the stereo but the Aux jack (where I plug my iPod into). Anybody else every have this problem and is there a fix. If not how hard is it to replace the system and where can I find a replacement unit

Just to be certain, have you turned the selector switch on the stereo to "AUX" when you plug in the IPod ?? I'm not trying to "insult your intelligence" but you'd be surprised how many people overlook the obvious when frustrated and searching for a solution.....

Mine didn't work either and when I pulled the unit out from the wall I found an IPod plug in the back of the unit and I would need to order an IPod cable from Jensen that will charge the IPod as well as run all the functions. Just a thought if your unit is the same as mine?
