Replace water valve indicator in 2013 Keystone Cougar 28RBSWE

Can anyone give me instruction on how to replace a cracked water valve indicator behind my toilet? According to the dealer they state that this isn't covered under warranty because Keystone will say we didn't winterize which is incorrect.

Not without knowing what toilet you have. If you have a Dometic 310 or 320. Many have froze that valve including me. Try asking for formation on the search on that subject and you may get abunch of earlier posts.
