I have a 2014 Raptor 410LEV. Purchased August 2013.
I have a leak by my tanks that caused the cardboard material that seals the underside to give. The thin aluminum brackets bent and other places the cardboard just ripped away from the bolts. It is a mess.
My concern is the underside of my camper is now exposed. There are wires/cords hanging very low. Is it reasonable to not feel comfortable moving the camper? I would be worried throwing some road debris up there and doing even more damage.
I plan to contact the dealer where I bought it and Keystone tomorrow. But I plan to request they come and get it. This will be my first experience dealing with the Keystone warranty…sure hope it lives up to its reputation.
