Main AC went out!

Well we are at ocean lakes in myrtle beach for a week with only the 13.5k ac nonducted unit in the front bedroom keeping us cool. The main 15k unit went out two days before our trip and service center couldn't get it replaced before we left since they have to go through all the warranty red tape. Oh by the way the unit isn't even a year old yet!!!! I thought the stupid touch membrane panel was all I had to worry about but I guess I was wrong. Thank goodness for multiple fans or my 2 yr would be roasting in the bunkhouse. I sleep nice and cool in the main bedroom though;)

Had our 13.5 bedroom unit replaced last July by CW west of Boise, ID. From the time they diagnosed the unit bad until it was replaced under warranty was maybe three hours. They just went directly to Dometic instead of dealing with Keystone, got approval, and was lucky that they just happened to have the exact unit on the shelf.
