Good Afternoon;
I want to run some numbers by all whom tow 5th wheels. Here are my number before & after hooking up. F-150, XLT, 4X4, HD, Ecoboost, 8200 GVWR, 2172 Payload. 5er is a 26SAB

The truck sits 3 inches higher in the rear. All stock no added suspension

Before / After
LF------------------------ RF
37 / 37 1/2 -----------37 1/2 / 38 ........... Front is 1/2" in higher

LR ----------------------- RR
40 / 37 3/4 ----------39 1/2 / 37 1/4 ......... Rear is 2 1/4" lower

Trucks sits within 1/4 in of level & 5er is 7 inches from rails & is level.

What do you think?

It looks to me that, when hooked up, truck and 5th are essentially level - as they should be- and you've got sufficient clearance between the truck rails and the 5th overhang.
I think you're "good to go".

My only question would be, "what is the attitude of the fifth wheel?"

When on a level surface, truck and trailer sitting level, is the fifth wheel "nose up" or "nose down" If not, then as Festus2 says, "good to go" With 7" of clearance between the trailer and the bed rails, if you're not "trailer level" you've got a couple of inches to raise/lower the hitch head to get closer to "trailer level".

With our F150, we were "dead on" level with the trailer tanks empty and about 1.5" "nose down" with the tanks full.

Sounds like the truck is carrying the trailer fine. Next see what the scale weights are. See how close to max rear axle wt., rear max wt. for tires etc. It may help determining how much you can or should load into the truck/trailer. I drove a eboost v-6, they sure do have hp. nothing like any v-6 I ever drove before.
