mine was a 67 with a 289 3 speed auto, the only thing I had done to it was put a stock Ford 4 barrel intake with a autolite carburetor, 50 series tires, a big black hood scoop and built some loud bad a$$ side pipes, no one would race me as they thought I had put a big block in it, the fun days in the good ol days, that's for sure....."bouncey:

My "Baby"... It was the first "new body style" 2005 in Alexandria. Since we live on a gravel road, it seldom gets out of the garage.

If you want to have a peek at Ford's limited-edition 2014 Mustang, there's one on display atop the Empire State Building or you can visit the International Auto Show in New York. Apparently, Ford has yet to decide on the price of these specialty cars but will build only 1964 of them --- makes sense doesn't it.

Just think, back in '64, the starting price of a Mustang was $2300.

About all I ever saw of a Mustang was the headlights as they disappeared from the rearview mirror of my '57 Chevy...:D

Ours was a 1970 fastback, 351 Cleveland, 350 posi and close ratio 4 speed. My son has NEVER forgiven me for selling it.
