My New Passport Elite 23RB Door Locks

Has anyone had problems with their door locks? It worked this morning but this afternoon the lock will not turn. The deadbolt works fine.

What year are you talking about?

There has been a recall on certain RV locks that Keystone uses. Do a forum search (type in "Door lock recall") and check geo's post which starts the thread on the recall. There are several other threads which will provide you with information about this issue.

I have a 2014 23rb and I am having an issue with the door latch. I had to adjust the screen door and door alignment because the latch would hang up on the secondary screen door latch. Now the main door seems to be catching on the strike plate. It's parked fairly level but maybe not level enough. The lock itself works fine.
