2011 keystone sprinter 311 bhs, first trip of year and found a 6 inch crack in the shower/tub wall surround near where the tub is. Is there a way to patch this and still look decent? Right now so we could use shower the ole duck tape is over it...

An easy/quick temp fix is clear silicone calk.

yes I think you are right, until it gets worse I will just let it go for now, probly the cold weather I assume caused it.
Before applying any adhesive or sealant, consider drilling a very small hole at the end of the crack to relieve some of the stress and stop the crack from running further.
