Springdale Slide Out 12V

I have a 2014 Springdale 266RL. I have only used the trailer once, just after purchasing it at the end of 2013. Does the slide out work on 12V? I thought it did but when I hit the slide out button, with a freshly charged battery, it did not engage.

It should, in fact I have to have the battery connected to open the slide. Does everything else work that is 12 volt. If all else works you should check your fuses.

Are you running battery power only?
What else is not working? Example lights working?
Check battery disconnect switch if have one TURN TO ON POSITION (CAN NOT REMOVE KEY)
Does it work on shore power/generator?

Hello, I have the same Springdale, and it's either a loose or broken 30 amp fuse for the slide. I keep a box of them in my spare parts, because it seems to be temperamental thing when only using the battery for the slide.
