Slide does not always go out, but always with remote?

Our 2010 Cougar 292RKS has 2 slides, living room and bedroom.
The bedroom slide always works, both with remote and panel switch.
The living room slide sometimes won't go out with the panel switch.
It sometimes just clicks. When that happens, we use the remote and it always works.
Anyone know why, what, how come?

It sounds like you may have a bad rocker switch. Try swapping switches between the two slides and then you will know for sure .

Someone else, EdLees also with a current post, was complaining of the same thing, with a slide not working with the rocker switch, but working all the time with the remote. Don't have an answer, but just mentioning identical circumstances.

I had the rocker switch on my Landing gear have a problem, but I think it was related to how Keystone used a foam around the switches and suspect that may have caused the problem. Cleaned up the switch and foam, and it works fine now.
