I was very surprised when out of the blue I received a call from keystone about the recall on the stabilizer jacks. They are sending me new jacks and hardware to install myself as it is 2 hours to my dealer. She would have worked something out with them to come up and install, but seemed silly for something easy to do myself. I also have to say Thompson Family RV has been very good to work with on any warranty issues. Don't know what a major issue would be like, but so far so good.
