Hi all. New to trailer camping. Just picked up the 2011 Springdale 241 Saturday. Used very little - looks almost new in most regards. Have it at home doing a little pre-season maintenance, cleaning, and changing a few accessories. Tow vehicle is 2010 Toyota Tundra 5.7 with TRD package. Using an E2-EQ 800/8000# weight redistribution hitch and a P2 brake controller.
Wife and I are training our first search & rescue K9, Toby. A lot of the trailer use will be traveling to training courses and certification testing (at least for now). We have six S&R events between now and end of July. We do have one "vacation" weekend in there - meeting up with sister and husband (long time trailer campers).
All for now. I expect I will learn a lot from this forum. I won't be afraid to ask questions when they come up.
