2013 Cougar 333MKS - Lights over Island

Has anyone experienced a delay in lights coming on over the island. We flip the switch and wait maybe 5 seconds and then the lights come on. Any idea what can cause this?

Are they LED lights? I know mine at my house are delayed with the LEDs in them.
I have not noticed the problem in the trailer though.
