We have 3 basic light bulb types in our camper... the standard 12v type that go in the double fixtures common to most campers, a conical one used in the reading lights and a 12v 20w halogen bulb (shown below) we can't find anywhere.

The Keystone part is 30655020 (from customer service) but we have not had any luck in locating it. We have seen larger and smaller that look like it but not the bulb we need.

Can anyone help?

McMaster-Carr Part # 1997K23 . They are an industrial supply house and if they don't have it ... you don't need it. Hope this link works http://www.mcmaster.com/#halogen-light-bulbs/=9k6f7j Go to low voltage bi-pin and select 12v then 20 watt. Happy Camping, Hank

Did all that but nothing talks about pin separation and that is the critical measurement.

Most bi-pin bulbs used in autos are G4 bases. The measurements you need to determine your bulbs base are here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bi-pin_connector hope this helps, Hank ...... another thing, if there is a transformer in your lamp the bulb may not be 12v. but this is unlikely.

Yep. As per the page in Wiki, the pin seperation is 6.35 mm and therefire the bulb is one of the G_6.35 types.

Keystone is ending me 2 new bulbs. Assuming they are the correct bulbs, I have the part number that I can use to order them through any authorized Keystone dealer (list is on their website.)

These guys have the halogen bulbs you want as well as LED lamps that fit where halogens go and save much energy for running on battery. Also great customer service.

They don't have 20W G6.35bulbs. I found a source for them.

I received 2 from Keystone and confirmed they were 20w 12v G6.35 bulbs.
