Recently purchased a new Keystone Fuzion 404 toy hauler. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Started Generator (Onan/Cummins 5500) but nothing on the 120 volt side was working. Checked all breakers on both the generator and main fuse panel, reset all. Still nothing. Using a fluke ohm meter I checked the voltage into the transfer box from the generator, reading was 120 volts. Went back to the main fuse panel, everything on the 12 volt side was good but 120 volts were not at the fuse box. What little I know about this RV is not much but general electrical knowledge fairly good. I understand the Fuzion is still under warranty but wanted to run this issue past y'all. My thoughts are the transfer switch is bad, but just guessing here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to do a forum search (type in "transfer switch"). There are quite a few threads/posts about this and I came across one that referred to a recall of switches in the Fuzion and other units by Keystone. Hopefully, you will be able to find out more about what others have reported about issues with transfer switches and what action they took to correct the problem.

To use the Search function, look at the blue bar at the top of the page and find "Search". Click on that and a search box will appear.

Let us know if these threads provide you with anything that will help.

We had to replace our transfer switch but not because it failed. They were worried about our trailer burning down and when they replaced it I could see why. It's a sad fact that these trailers are not built with care or concern. They are slapped together as fast as possible and crammed out the door with the cheapest components they could find. The transfer switch is one of those cheap components.
