Hello

My name is Dave (or David). My girlfriend Kate and I are in our mid thirties, and have decided to full time fifth wheel while we can. We both work from home, and she has a clients at various universities around the country as well as conferences scattered through out the country. We have taken a few road trips together, and after deciding that we could not possibly afford a place in all the locations we loved, that rv'n would be the next best thing. I already owned a Dodge Cummins (2003 2500 qc long bed) so decided on a fifth wheel. After lookign at several thousand over the past year, we decided that the front living had the right layout for dual offices, and still having a comfortable living space. Decided on a 2004 Front Living Montana, because it was still in great condition, and the price was too good to pass up. We are also going to have to make modifications for the offices, and figured used would free up the money to do so. The trailer was delivered last week, my hitch was installed this weekend, tires and title coming soon, and we are getting stir crazy to go. Neither of us has any rv experience, but I have towed heavy loads in the past, and have lived in stationary trailers and campers in my youth. We are going to take a couple of short local runs, before heading out on a meandering loop that will take us through much of the country. We will always have home bases in southern Arizona with family to park at, but will probably live in the trailer even at the home bases. Oh, and we have two yearling Blue Heeler dogs who also love to travel (Buddy and Chaser).

We have a ton of questions between now and our departure, and also some potential projects.I had joined another forum, but then decided that a lot of my questions were rig specific, so decided to try here. Thanks in advance for any help.
