Fantastic Vent Help

Bought a Montana 3280RL used and it came with a Fantastic Vent system.. The control box will work to open and close the vent, but the fan never kicks on regardless of what setting I use...

I have contacted the previous owners and they don't have any answers or the manual to the vent.. Was curious if any of you had the same problem, or if this is something I should call the company for help...

1st :wlcm::wlcm: to the site.

We have one that the dealer installed for us it dose not come on till we open the vent. But if you look up at the fan there is a switch that will cut it on/off too. So may be your switch is off?

Did you check the fuse in the fan?

Fuse looks fine.. I may replace it just to be on the safe side...

Any chance it is connected to a light switch? That happened to us when the dealer installed it.
