Think this is my fault not the weathers. Windchill -14 yesterday moening and for some reason I checked the tank monitor and I see that the greywater is full??????? Frozen line must be. It's 5 AM and I'm not crawling under to investigate.
Came home early and it's up to -7 windchill so I get 3-4 sets of everything on and head out to check the drains. Humm not frozen but on further review I realize the comoplast is 1/2 on the ground??? and I have giant ice stalactites hanging from the valve.
I recall a possible wet mark on the bottom this summer but it was dry then so I think it was dripping for a while and just running out but the cold weather caused it to ice up and drop the giant iceburg along with the commoplast.
So I didn't worry about the leak because it's getting dark I pulled the commoplast out and took into the shop to dry and put 4 layers of foil bubble wrap under the area and held it up with plywood and 2x4's till I can get a proper repair. I think there might have been a leak from either the stool or sink but it was too windy for a closer look.
More as the saga continues.
On a plus side the 2 tank valves both had a furnace line on them to keep them from freezing. The grey water valve is dripping pretty bad but it looks like it's been doing it a while.
I don't really have a plan of attack yet except to hope the wind stops for a day
