Own a 2002 Cougar with minimal problems and have had no issues with service. Will be picking up new 2009 318 SAB Cougar on April 3/09 Interesting by reading all the postings how Keystone seems to treat some customers very well with warrenty work and others not so well. Wondering why this is?
