303TG TV Mount

I have a Laredo 303Tg. The TV will swivel so you can turn it around to watch it in the bedroom or the living area. My mount/swivel is not stiff so my TV sways left to right banging around while the rv is in transit. Does anyone know how to tightent these?

We have a 5th wheel and the bigger tv is over the door and it has a strap with a clip so it dose not move in transit.

Here is a photo of my television. It swivels left to right (by design) and I just need to know ho to tighten it so it does not swivel freely without any force. Other ones i saw on the lot were stiff. Nobody at the dealer could tell me how to tighten it up.
