Was having a problem with water leaking in my slide out of my 2011 Residence. Had local Keystone Dealer, who we bought the trailer new from and paid a good price, come up numerous times over the past 2 years and they kept saying it a hole in the roof caused by a branch falling on it. Had friend who works for another RV Dealer come check it and found no hole in the roof. Finally the Dealer who I bought it from came up and found that the problem all along was the seal by the slide out. This comes after numerous trips and me paying for them to fix the water damage inside of the trailer. I think Keystone should check these Dealers periodically and find out what kind of job they are doing. I also feel that I was taken by the Keystone Dealer.
