I am looking at getting a 2013 Outback 312BH, #7830lbs dry. What do other 312BH owners tow with and what WDH do you use? Just looking to see if the TV and WDH that I have will fit the bill. I am not going to tell you my potential TV so please don't ask.

I have the Sprinter in a 311bhs and it weighs a bit over 8200lbs dry. Ready for camping it is 95-9600 lbs. I pull it with a '12 f250 with the 6.7 diesel. I also use the 14k Equal-I-zer hitch. Performs well for me.

A quick forum search (using the model #) brings up several posts about the 312BH... and, the opportunity to read, for yourself, what others are using.

Good luck with your decision.

I have a laredo 284BH that the sticker say's it's dry weight of 6700lb which is not even close:eek: the trailer according too the CAT scale is just over 8,000lbs I'm towing it with a 2000 F-250 CCSRW with a 7.3L Powerstroke, using a Reese WD hitch, and soon adding the Dual Cam Sway control system.

I have a 2011 outback 312Bh, use the reese WDH and tow with 2008 Dodge ram HD megacab with a 6.7 turbo diesel. Tows like a dream and handles any trip we have been on. We camp monthly somewhere.
Can not go wrong with a cummins
