We have a 2004 Keystone Laredo 29BH. When the trailer is unhooked from the hitch both jack stands release down and retract fine. However, when the trailer is hooked to the hitch the drivers side jack stand will only retract partially. The manual override is not working. We are stuck...literally. Any suggestions?
