use a 30 amp Male to 15 amp female adapter and use the same tester

Will that thing tell me if the breaker is weak, Im in a permanent site this year and have been blowing breakers quite a bit with the A/C on.

A simple multi-meter will give you all the info that you need.

If you know someone with a clamp-on ammeter, measure the current with everything in the trailer turned on...on each phase and try to determine what is causing the breaker to trip. If you know a electrician, he or she could help you with this....Or just get them to replace the breaker>>>(Air conditioners are a good bet and a good place to start when looking for nuisance tripping)
