we bought our 3912 in 2011. we went to a dealer he quoted us a price that seemed fair so we bought our FULLTIME rv. however we didn't ask about their service policy. now we know not all rv dealerships make accommodations for full time rver's they are a first come first serve dealership. yes I slept on a couch for a week. it is out of warranty now we bought the extended warranty and when we need to take it in it wont be where we bought it.
