the instructions for the EZ-Lift say to tighten the Quick Hook Up that the chains hook to...tighten the bolt by hand then 1/4 turn more. That sure doesn't make the Quick Hook Up very tight on the trailer tongue. Is there really enough tension once the chains are hooked up to keep it from moving?
