I see very little water dripping from my tube and the freezer is always keeping things frozen and the frig is always keeping things cool. There is an adjustment located on the right side of the fins in the frig, it's a slider that moves up and down on the fin (higher for warmer and lower for cooler), it's the thermocouple that controls the unit through the control board; make sure that it's in place on the fin (about half way up is good). Just because you don't see the water dripping out doesn’t mean that it's not working correctly, if the refrigerator is doing its job I wouldn't worry about it. Make sure that the tube is hanging out of the vent though; you wouldn't want water on the control board.
