Brand new...leaking intake valve...help

Just bought new Mountaineer 362RLQ..only problem is the intake valve for flushing is loose and leaking from center and around valve. Any suggestions?

You might want to check see if you have the rubber hose washer, it may be missing

X2, may be missing washer. I had to put 2 washers in mine due to the short threads on my flush hose.
