Hello all,
Just in the market for a new RV since we've outgrown our 2006 R-Vision Max-Lite 21RS. It really has been a great trailer for us but with a 14 and 12 year old and the occasional cousin or friend, we need more room for awhile.
I'm looking at a Bullet 281BHS. I like the layout: two double bunks, good sized slide, good weight, smooth-sided for ease of cleaning (and weight).
I've looked at some aluminum-sided models (Forest River Cherokee, and a couple others) and I've looked at some quad bunk and "Jack n Jill" models but I keep coming back to this floor plan. Jayco has an equivalent model but for a couple G-notes more.... Just not convinced that it's worth the extra cost and that is the dealer I liked the least.

Anyway, great place you have here and be sure, I will be asking lots of questions.

Dean

Thanks everyone for the welcomes. The Max-Lite sold last night so now the serious hunt is on for the next trailer. Pretty much narrowed it down to a couple of usual suspects in this layout:

Bullet281BHS
Jayco28DSBH

These are the two models with the double-over-double configuration and the 2nd door from the bathroom that are available within a reasonable distance.

I'll be posting another thread in the general forum for input if anyone has some sage words :)

Thanks, Dean

Hey Bluewater!
I'm a fellow Washingtonian but I'm a west-sider... Skagit County. We go to your side to camp in the summer.... And you probably come over to this side. ;)

Welcome from the southern Oregon coast. We have cousins in Puyallup and Vancouver.

Always great to have another Pacific Northwest member on the forum.
