327RES Sofa-Bed problem

We're having a recurring problem with our sofa-bed. When we pull it out, the frame on the right side of the part you pull out is "deformed". It's been fixed under warranty once already, and only worked once after that. Now it's bent again. My thought is that the sofa frame, the part that doesn't fold out is probably defective in some way.

Anyone have this problem?

We don't have an issue with ours and we have a 327 also. If it hasn't been resolved ask for a new sofa. If you start bending metal I wonder if it becomes weak.
