New 266rls bed slide

Picker up the 5th yesterday , and wow love it, my only concern is the bed slide seems to run over the carpet ? Is there something I can add to the slide to make this easier ? As in wheels or magic slides I think there called ? Anyone else had/fixed this issue ? Thanks

You may to have the dealer check the slide to make sure it is adjusted correctly.

Our 341 avalanche has rollers on the bedroom slide ,but you have to remove a couple screws under the bed to check.

After hearing about all of these bed slide problems I decided to check mine and although the screws had not pulled out it is a very weak point so I added L brackets and 2 extra castors making 4 in total I also added 1extra x brace on the bed. The general construction is flimsy at best
