I'm always looking for things to make life easier. Thought I'd share this find with fellow RVers:
I found this mini silicone "pot holder" while shopping in the kitchen gadget section of a local store:

It protects you thumb and fingertips while grabbing hot cooking utensils, oven racks and baking pans. What I like about it is that it hangs easily on the oven door handle (you don't have to remember where you stowed it) and it is "RV size". Bonus benefit: it comes in various colors to match your "mini-kitchen" decor :cool:
There are similar ones, some bigger and various shapes. Search on the Internet for silicone finger pot holder (or something to that effect) to see what's out there.
