Got our new 31RKS home and in the garage. I was concerned that it would be a tight fit but I had 8 inches to spare between the top of the garage door and the AC unit.

Next step is to get the roof treated and the whole thing waxed. Gotta do some research on best wax for the front cap ands the sides. Also gotta determine if the vinyl artwork should be waxed or treated with 303 Protectant.

Very happy with this new TT.

The hitch is an Equal-I-Zer 90-1200. I may need to upgrade depending on the final loaded trailer weight. Wanted to do weighing Friday but the scale by the dealer and the one here were closed.

I use that 303 on my whole rv with great results. Even after 3 months in AZ it still shines like new and water beads off great. Once a year seems to do it. Nice rig you have! Go Navy

I'm leaning toward 303 on the artwork and wax on the gelcoat. Keystone says If I maintain it in accordance with their instructions the front cap will not fade. Instructions say to wax. But.....Most wax is not good for the vinyl.

Gorgeous trailer, and love the "garage".
I just applied NuFinish to our whole unit today, decals and all. It's not my favorite for shine/looks but has UV inhibitors and lasts a very long time. Unless you look into synthetic wax, even with cover, a carnauba may last on the order of a couple months. That is a LOT of work to do frequently.
