We just bought our 2010 Springdale yesterday. We cant wait to put it to use.

We brought our trailer home and set it up to show it off but, cannot seem to get power to the entertainment system.
I understand that the t.v. is 110 volt but what about the stereo / DVD player?

Our Jensen Stereo/DVD player is 12 volts DC. Have you checked your fuses? Could be a blown fuse or one that has been removed to stop parasitic drain on the battery.

I was trying to watch a dvd yesterday on ours. Checked all channels and read the manuals for tv and dvd. Finally decided to remove stereo unit from wall, and sure enough, the video and audio cables weren't even plugged in.

I would recommend that you check to make sure the unit is even plugged in behind the wall, if you haven't not already done so.
