Outdoor Shower Repair

I did some searching, but came up empty on my issue. My outdoor shower is leaking and I have put some time in to see if I can find the issue. The freeze plug(I assume it's a freeze plug) at the bottom of the "T" does not stay in when pressure is applied to the system. Can the plug be siliconed in or will a new "T" fix the problem? I've attached a pic to show the part.

I busted mine while trying to "fix" it. I bought a new, better looking fixture at my local RV shop. That tubing sure doesn't look like it'd repair well.

I ended up doing the same thing...a new fixture was $20 and looks to be of much better quality.
