Hi,

We are currently in Ft. Bragg, CA & going to Crescent View, CA on
Sunday for a few days - does anyone there know of a NAPA repair
center that does repairs OR nearest Ford Dealership..

Our truck sprung a leak a few days and we're dripping a few drops of oil under engine everytime we stop. Looks like when it is under pressure towing
up/down hills it is pushing the oil out of somewhere.

I am getting on line now to look for a place.

Thanks,

Jo

Hi, just got back from two weeks on the road camping below the Mason Dixon Line and it was hot and humid. But that's is not what you asked for.
I do not own a Ford and I do not live in CA., but I thought these two sites might be able to help you. http://www.thedieselgarage.com/forums/ http://www.dieselbombers.com/
I am a member of them and others diesel sites and the members always seem to help.
Good luck with the truck.
Jim

Thanks Jim,

We decided to find a FORD dealership and we did in Redding, CA. Drove here to JGW RV Park in Redding ( 5 1/2 hrs ) but we have a 8 AM apt tomorrow.

My son thinks it is the injector pump - yeah, something is pumping alright -
oil allover the ground everytime we stop!

So we are hoping they get it done by Tuesday cause we have more reservations then & then Friday more reservations in Oregon for 4th of July weekend.

Wish me luck.

So far since we left FL in Feb - our truck has been to a FORD dealership every single month - putting a crimp in my camping AND my pocketbook....
