6 point auto level

I know this has been an ongoing thread but when i tried to auto retract the jacks by holding the left and right jack buttons at the same time to return to unhitch height it said aborted and the slides started to go out. i dont know what i am doing wrong. i ran the up manually. This is a new 3535 Alpine and first time raising jacks:banghead::banghead:

I'm going to keep an eye on your post because I have the same problem.I have had my Alpine a year come may and the auto-retrack to un-hitched height has only worked for me a couple times.But my slides never came out.

i have not had time to read the manual on it. i went by the directions on control door

yep sure enough got to our host sites went to hit auto level jacks moving and slideouts started to creep out not much. went in ran them in then auto level leveled the camper then i ran slideouts out.:banghead:

My "return to the unhitch height" doesn't work either when I hit the left and right buttons. I get some kind of error message.
