2011 Sprinter 311 BHS Radio issue

Anyone have problems with the radio on their entertainment center cutting out? Have not been able to narrow down why it happens but usually the stereo goes out and need to turn the radio back on to have it work. Sometimes for 10 minutes and sometimes for over a half hour.

I have a 2013 and haven't had that problem. Hope I don't. Good luck finding the fix.

I too have a '13 and have not had problems with the radio. DVD player would fritz out, but I cleaned it and all is well since. Good luck.

There is usually a rat's nest of wires and cables behind the radio. If you pull the radio from the cabinet, check them all for snugness. Sometimes, a wire that is just a tiny bit loose will do exactly what you describe. Also there should be several in-line fuse holders back there. They are very prone to this problem.
