When looking at a 'stainless' steel grill, keep in mind that all stainless is not created equal. There are 2 types used to make most SS grills.... 430 and 304. 430 will rust. If you want to know which a SS grill is made from, take a kitchen magnet with you. It will sick to 430 but not to 304. There is a trade off, of course. 304 is a LOT more expensive that 430.
