Noticed that last month while on the Disney cruise. We were wondering if it was basically parking for those rvers on the cruises as it appeared to only have electric hook ups.

It appears to be a public park: Freddie Patrick Park.

Way down on this web site they mention camping rates ($20-$49); here's the link for the campground.
