I ordered my unit in late August and didn't get it until late october. My dealer said it would be 8 to 12 weeks.. It was 10 weeks. They do various model production every week, so they might have to wait until they get enough of the same model to do a production run..

Good luck, I'm sure it won't be too much longer.

I don't think I would accept the answer from the dealer of "I don't know". If it were me and my dealer told me that, I would ask them to contact keystone for me and get somewhat of an idea as to when the unit was going to be produced. After all, they, the dealer should be able to get some sort of idea from Keystone.

If your dealer told you that he had "no idea" when your Cougar might be delivered and made no effort to find out from Keystone when it might be expected in, that tells me he isn't interested and doesn't care. I think you should "politely" insist that someone from that dealership contact Keystone so that you have at least some idea when it might arrive. You can't expect to be given an exact day but surely they can give you a rough time frame. "No idea"?? What kind of customer service is that?
