Want to know if this hitch is correct to use, no labels on,now concerned , because space washers only 4 there, and head is broken off if that the way spacer works .

If you’re talking about the washers that go on the pin to adjust the tilt of the ball, any washer that will fit is ok. You’re looking for 10 degrees to the back.

Steve, That is a lot of trailer for a 1/2 ton. The specs you noted are from a sales brochure and not really your truck's actual specs. The tongue weight for your camper will be 975 lbs if you fully load the camper. That is an estimate. I recommend you get the truck and camper weighed at a weigh station. Look around the site for specifics on what you check for but the yellow/white sticker in your door frame will tell you your truck's max payload and if you are over or the hitch isn't rated for the tongue weight you are in danger of being unsafe. At 32' long, that camper will likely wag behind you unless you get the hitch set up perfectly and that is best done by getting actual weights from a weigh station. Get this right and your trip will be a lot more enjoyable.

If it's broken, I wouldn't use it?

Might start with the manufacturer's instructions. The instructions from Equalizer make pretty good sense.
