2022 Raptor 429 - Battery and Shore Power

We are having continued issues with batteries draining, even when being connected to shore power. Also, when connected to shore power still having issues typically staying around 11.3 and just this morning didn’t even have enough power to lift hydraulic legs. Any suggestions or instructions, we are not sure we are even doing things correctly.

Welcome to the forum

Things to check: battery disconnect in the correct position. Converter working. Battery(s) in good shape.

If your batteries are not charging/maintaining while connected to shore power the first place I would check is your converter. (located behind your breaker panel)

429 converter is actually in the pass through. You'll have to take down the aft wall (couple screws). Worth checking it with a voltmeter before you do so though - unplug the shore power, measure battery voltage, then plug in shore power and verify voltage goes up.

Not sure if it's the same, but my fuzion 428 has a breaker in the power distribution panel for the converter.

If you’re running lead acid batteries and let them discharge too much they are ruined…
