2009 Keystone Raptor, heater won’t ignite

We have a 2009 Keystone Raptor. It’s the middle of winter in Moab and the heater won’t ignite. We hear clicking coming from the vent under the fridge, so we assume that the pilot is trying to light but can’t. Can anyone give us some troubleshooting tips or let us know if there’s a way to ignite the pilot light manually? Thanks for your help.

Edit: to clarify, the fridge is working fine but it’s the furnace we’re having trouble with. The burner on the gas stove is running, we have hot water, and we just refilled our propane tanks. When we turn the thermostat to “auto” and “heat”, the thermostat clicks, and there’s a clicking coming from under the fridge that sounds like it’s trying to light, but the heater doesn’t turn on. So I’m wondering if there’s an issue with the pilot light that may be caused by low temperatures.

Just to be sure I understand your question. "...the heater won’t ignite. We hear clicking coming from the vent under the fridge"

Are you asking about the pilot for the furnace or the refrigerator?

Pretty sure in most modern campers both the furnace and fridge (in propane mode) ignites using a pizoelectric igniter. So turning on the fridge or furnace you'll hear clicking until the burner ignites.

Usually for the furnace the start up sequence is:
> Blower starts up.
> Gas valve opens.
> Pizoelectric igniter starts operating.
> If the furnace ignites you'll often hear a change in sound as the burner ignites.

This may sound like a stupid question but can you turn on and light a burner on the gas stove? Air gets into the propane lines and must be purged out before everything will work.

OK, so it sounds like the issue is isolated to just the furnace. The click from the thermostat is normal, the clicking of the igniter is also normal. But can you hear the blower kick on between the time the thermostat clicks and the igniter starts clicking?

BTW, here's a pretty good video of an RV heater diagnostic steps:
